Shipping

We ship orders once a week, typically on Thursdays. Orders need to be placed before 8 pm on Tuesdays to be shipped same week. 

All orders are shipped via FEDEX or UPS.

Please note, orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping costs vary by weight. Actual shipping costs will be calculated on check out. Free shipping to US and Canada on orders over $5,000 MXN

DUTY, VAT AND OTHER FEES

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner, PayPal, supports. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Manyana holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.

RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Manyana. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Manyana delivers these items to the carrier.

INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESSES

We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.
